All Lyo Bite products are freeze-dried snacks. Product appearance, colour, and texture may vary slightly from images shown online due to the nature of the freeze-drying process and screen settings. We reserve the right to update product descriptions or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an acceptance email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order. Please review your order carefully before submitting — cancellations after acceptance may not be possible as orders are prepared fresh to order.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of ordering, confirmed in your order email. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
